Depite the "global warming", we have had a mild summer in the Phoenix area. Not much rain either, now its starting to cool off (down to 57 last night)and for the next 8 months or so we will have near perfect weather.

Available rentals are up a bit this month, Demand is down,reflecting the current job market. At some point in the future we will see a shortage of rentals because of all the forclosures and rents will start an upward trend. ...more
